The email address must be the same as the email address saved on your electronic profile. If it is not the same you will not be able to reset your
password. If the email address is otherwise a match you will receive an automated system generated email with your credentials. To update your email
simply contact or email your latest and current information to your ECA(SA) Branch office.
Access is Account Wide. Meaning all subsystems (i.e. the E-COC if subscribed) will be accessed with the same credentials. Credentials are issued
to qualifying individuals of a company and not the company itself.
Access to online membership benefits may be subject to suspension in the event where a member is not in good standing with the ECA(SA). Services are
